The Norfolk Area Project Homeless Connect will be offering a mobile Food Pantry through Food Bank for the Heartland during their second annual event being held on Friday, June 22nd.
Our Food Pantry Ministry is helping to sponsor the mobile pantry and is asking for your help to set up and staff it.
This is great way for our parish to really “give back” to the Norfolk community.
Project Homeless Connect is a one-day, one-stop event where individuals and families who are homeless or near homeless can receive a wide variety of immediate services and support for unmet needs.

• We will need 25 adult volunteers and some student helpers also
• Friday, June 22nd from Noon to 5pm
• Volunteer opportunities include: unloading the truck and set up, assisting guests to complete a registration form, 1-2 volunteers per food item to distribute food, carrying food boxes for guests, and helping with clean up.
