Infant Room
The infant room serves 12 children ages 6 weeks up to 12 months. Our room has multiple areas(nap, large motor, diaper, and dining) to meet the needs of our youngest clients. Staff assist each child in reaching new developmentally appropriate milestones and communicate daily with parents about their child’s day. Sign language is used to help our little learners express themselves. Brightwheel is used to provide families with information on how their child’s day was. Mrs. Megan Battershaw is the head teacher of the infants.
Mover Room
The mover room is for our older infants, 12 to 18 months. These children are starting to explore the world and we want to encourage their learning with developmentally appropriate activities and furniture. Brightwheel is used to communicate with families about the child's day. Ms. Dani Bauer is the head teacher of the movers.
Shaker Room
The shaker room serves children 18 months to 24 months. In this room children are able to explore different areas and develop new skills . Children are able to learn while exploring each area. Teacher’s guide the children in learning how to express their wants and needs through various forms of communication. Daily sheets are given to families to tell how their child's day including nap and what was eaten for snack and lunch. Ms. Amanda Pfeifer is the head teacher of this room.
Toddler Room
Our toddler room is able to serve 15 children ages 24 months to 3 years old. Their classroom schedule allows learning to occur during all parts of the day. Some key points to their day are music & movement, small motor activity, large motor activity, and child initiated play. Teacher’s assist in toilet training when parents and children are ready. Sign language is continued throughout the day. The room is lead by Ms. Harlie Pinkerman.
3-5 Year Room
The 3 to 5 year room serves 20 children. This room allows children to learn new concepts and prepare them for a preschool setting. Our staff work to develop fun and educational activities to enhance a child's learning. Hands on activities are utilized along with other developmentally appropriate activities. Ms. Jessi Gooch is the head teacher in this room.
